Show Fees - Expenses
* All shows are billed in two parts; flat rate and hauling, and show expenses. Flat rate and hauling are billed at least one month before leaving for the show. The show expenses are billed following the show.
* Show expenses will include, but are not limited to: entry fees, office fees, TBA classes, AHA fees, USEF fees, non-member fees, horse stalls, bedding, chiropractor, vet and medication fees, blacksmith fees, early arrival fees, layover charges, additional hauling charges. Groom, tack, feed, dressing and common area stalls will be pro-rated, as well as all other out of pocket expenses, such as, but not limited to; patron ships, preferred stabling, box seats, etc.

Important Notes
* Training services are a per month service.
* Supplements and extra needs will be billed accordingly.
* All bills are due on the first of every month, in advance.
* A prompt payment discount of $25 will be credited to the next month's bill if payment is paid in full by the fifth of the month. Discount only applies to full month of training and full payment.
* There will be a 1.5% interest rate charged to all unpaid balances over thirty (30) days.
* DBPH accepts Visa, MasterCard & Discover. There will be a 3% processing fee for all credit card transactions.
* All show fees are non-refundable.
* All accounts must be paid and current prior to DBPH leaving for the horse show. Delinquent payment may result in horse not attending the show.
* Nonpayment will result in all services ceasing.
* Visitor hours are Wednesday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
* DBPH reserves the right to change any fees without prior notification.
